We bought a 2004 honda element here last year on the way home we noticed a vibration in the steering it's only gotten worse over the past year we've spent thousands of dollars trying to fix it no one can figure it out it was one owner so we thought it would be a good deal just beware if it's one owner that doesn't mean anything
I've never seen a place of business that NEVER answers the phone. I don't know if its because of ignorance, incompetence, or just flat out lazy but they lost a customer due to this pathetic service. There are FAR too many options in Rome to deal with a company that can't answer the phone. Tried 4 days, all different times and many many calls and still no answer. I don't wish bad luck on anyone but when they go.out of business it will be easy to see why. Oh well, there lousy service allowed another local lot to sell a vehicle. Thanks for NOTHING

They did us right. Was a little worried about getting a vehicle from a buy here pay here, but we bought a nice trailblazer that was in Carfax and 1 owner, a little high on the price but the car was in excellent shape.
