*Update listed below original review* Original review: Wendell was great and took excellent care of us purchasing our car on Wednesday. You guys did a great job and we really appreciate it. Unfortunately, we're looking at already having to replace or repair a tire not even 48 hours after we brought the car home. Wendell put air in it before we left because the tire pressure alert was on. Now the tire is low again. I'm not happy with dropping $2500 towards a car and having to repair something already. We do love the car and are very happy with it otherwise, but this is not what we expected and we will have to discuss our options further.nnUpdate: After originally saying that there was nothing they could do and refusing to help, the GM did call and they replaced the bad tire. We've had the car for a month, and just had to replace the back brakes. So that was another $250 we had to unexpectedly dump into this car. We are other wise happy with it, but beware and do your research before getting a car here.In addition to the down payment, scheduled payments, and the time taken for dealing with the tire issue, we had to fork out that money for brakes and rotors. Fortunately, we were able to get it fixed, but some may not be able to afford those expenses after dumping money into a down payment on a car that they've only had for a month (or less.)

Big Thank you to the staff @ Car-Mart of Rome Ga. I called and spoke with Corey, he told me over the phone he could and would help us on a car purchase. So we took the drive down to see what we could do. Each person we spoke to was just as friendly, and helpful as the first. Corey did exactly as he said he would do. It was one of the best car purchases I've ever had. Friendly folks helping us was worth the drive down. Very happy. Thanks Corey.

I must share the experience that I had with one of Car-Mart of Rome's employees specifically. Upon having to address some issues with my account, I was awarded the pleasure of interacting with Alex. He came out to my home to speak with me about the options I had regarding my vehicle. Not only was he pleasant, but he was genuinely concerned and caring. He made sure that I knew that I had options and that he and the rest of the staff was dedicated to helping me the best way they could. It was very refreshing to speak with someone who wasn't only interested in collecting my money. Considering the state of things and the constant battles we are facing daily, I felt blessed to be able to talk to someone who really seemed to care. Alex was friendly and understanding. HE NEEDS A RAISE AND A PROMOTION!

I absolutely love this place! These people are awesome! My car salesman was Corey. Great conversation! Very outgoing. Corey catered to our needs when it came to a car. Corey even referred us to a place that we could get a quote for car insurance. Car Mart works with you when it comes to a down payment. If you haven't been there yet your missing out on great deals on cars.
