Today was my first time visiting Spartan Smoothie. The store was very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Told them I was looking for a breakfast shake. They recommended the Hamilton and I have to say it was the best smoothie I have had so far. I will definitely be going back!

Spartan Smoothies is the most wholesome and whole hearted restaurant in the city of Rome, if not the entire state. The smoothies are all great, and nutritional balanced to help with whatever your goal may be. The Owner Keith is the front man. He is genuinely a great person and someone who will answer all your questions and will help you with your goals. His passion is nutrition therefore you know are getting something that is crafted by someone who eager to help you reach your goals. This is not just a thrown together shop that sells smoothies, this is a place of passion, motivation, well being, and nutrition. It doesn't matter if you are an avid gym go-er or taking the first step on a healthier path, Spartan Smoothies is the place to help reach your goals. Smoothies, meals, pre-work out, post work outs and even just healthier options of a quick drink. Spartan Smoothies is the place to be!

ive sadly been stuck in the hospital a few weeks near spartan smoothies and it has by far been the only thing thats pulled me thru. ive tried quite a large selection of there smoothies and there all amazing. i personally usually switch the bases out for frozen yogurt and add CBD but there amazing. i have not personally ever been in there location but thanks to a family member, he has been grabbing them for me daily. always fresh and always even more tasty than the day before. I strongly suggest them, you will not regret it one little bit . im a huge fan of anything with peanut butter but there all so good. Thank you Spartans for keeping me going

Me and my boyfriend love this place! It’s our new go to place when we have a craving for something amazing and sweet. It’s better and healthier than Ice cream and that’s saying a lot from me because I love me some ice cream lol
