Ordered thru the app, right as I get there, it says ready, which is normally the case. I’m told by some teenager with no customer service skills that it’ll be like 5 minutes. After about 20, still no pizza. I was told they’re training some new folks. All I saw was a bunch of kids playing around! I’m never ordering from here again ! You should stay away too! Domino’s has much better service! And better prices!

Everytime I call to place an order, I get directed to someone who doesn't speak good English or understands it. The last two times I ordered the wait time was two hours and my order was wrong (probably due to lack of understanding me). The only positive thing was that the manager was very nice and offered a full refund.

Clerk at front is overaly polite and professional. Food was hot and accurate. It's been a long time since I've ordered....this current team makes me want to come back. I had the new Shaq

This by far the very worst delivery experience I have ever encountered. We ordered a pizza to be delivered. We were told 30 min. 1 hour later no pizza. We called the store and were told the driver had delivered it to a lady outside the apt that told him her husband had called. We contacted the Restuarant and were told by the manager that the driver delivered it to the correct address and we were not due a refund. We offered to even come to the store to see if the driver could verify that the only 2 people in the apartment were not the ones he delivered to, only to be told by the manager if we came up to the store he would call the police. Not only was he rude, he was gonna call the police to a paying customer who was just trying to rectify spending 25.00 on 1 pizza that I did not get. I will never purchase another Papa John's pizza and my advice to someone who does would be to either pick it up or DO NOT pay over the phone. I am not sure if the employees are thiefs or there truly was someone in the parking lot who scammed them. But their lack of trying to fix the situation really makes me feel like the employees of Papa John's in Rincon may have a scam going. 1 star is way to much to give this shady businessnBUYER BEWARE!!!!!
