Experience was overall good. Chicken tasted a little dry like it had been sitting in the warmer for awhile. Facilities were clean and tidy. Would come back for sure
ALWAYS CHECK YOU'RE ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! This place seems to really have gone down lately. The last few times we've gone there the order is always missing something, so definitely check your order. When I go inside to get what they left off there's other people inside also waiting because their order was incorrect. And the size of the pieces of chicken have definitely shrunk. It's like miniature chickens they're serving now.
Ordered at the window. Ask for 4 extra biscuits. Didn't get them. Ordered extra gravy gave us extra mashed potatoes. Ordered side of mac and cheese gave us smallest mac and cheese ever. Can't go into lobby can only order at window. Ugh!! ud83dude20ud83dude20
Food is ok. Ordered off the app. They got the order wrong at pickup. But they was quick to fix the issue. Customer service was good. No real complaint.
Just went through the drive-through and ordered an eight piece crispy chicken meal. The fries were rockhard and the chicken tasted like it was under a warmer all day long. When I called the manager she didn’t care or didn’t offer any type of apology. The worst meal I’ve ever gotten from Kentucky fried chicken ever
