Great service, great hospitality, but redeeming a coupon that was emailed to me from Rincon Chevrolet was harder than it should’ve been. There should be an easier way to redeem other than emailing screenshots of the coupon. Although it was simple for me, it might be harder for someone older or less tech-savvy.nMy car was returned in one piece and the discount was useful. The time spent got me looking at other cars and services. The sales team was very helpful.
Danny Edwards is by far the best salesmen there. Very kind , funny and just very good customer service skills. He will not just get you the best price but will make it an enjoyable experience.

I live in Savannah, had a meeting in Garden City, so I was close to dealership, got there early. I didn't want to drive home & turn around to come back. I was about one hour early. They serviced car & was out in a flash. I did not ask them to put me ahead of others. Thanks for the great wonderful service ud83dude00
I found the Service Advisors very friendly, courteous, and professional. The dealership and service department are very helpful in finding you a way home if the wait time is more than an hour or so. Living near the dealership made this service very attractive. The service received was performed in a very timely manner. I would recommend Rincon Chevrolet to all my friends and relatives.
