Went to 2 different locations managed by FPI in WA and was treated very rude and disrespectful by every single staff member I met at both locations. Also after paying a deposit, and not moving in, the deposit has yet to be returned to me. And 2 days I was supposed to be called back and have yet to be called back.
I am living in The vintage in Chehalis, WA and it is not forthcoming with hot water. Should not take so long to get lukewarm and then cold. Management needs to post hours when they are not going to be in there.
Highly unsatisfied with the way this company treats its residents!!
