Slowest delivery on planet earth. No need to call either, nothing but attitude. I get a text at 6:28, delivery on the way, 1 hour and 15 minutes later, still no delivery.
Order pizza from here last week, it never arrived... I called the next morning, the manager claimed the drivers car broke down. I understand things happen but management did not do anything to compensate for my children waiting up for the pizza's that never came, she explained there would be a refund 3 to 5 business days...my money Never returned to my bank... So here I am 7 days later now writing this review while being on hold now for 27 minutes... Pizza hut can you please bring me my pizza or give me my money it still shows I have a hot pizza on the way seven day later... Can y'all answer the phone it's 30 minutes now
Drive thrue wait was OVER 25 minutes. Why Not have people PULL-UP and wait like other places? Much easier faster service just my opinion
The manager was super nice to me but I heard her phone customer service and oh boy....let's just say it left A LOT to be desiredud83dude2c
I foolishly keep ordering every few months, hoping the service will be different. It is not. I ordered my pizza at 7:40. I then called at 8:35 as my delivery had “been in route” since 8:20. I was told the driver left seven minutes ago.( I am 2mins away. ) I was then told they would call the driver and then call me back. It is 9:12 and I haven’t heard from the store or the driver.
