Estimator was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Office was slow to schedule my job, and after a few follow ups they responded late one evening to inquire about starting the job the next day. Not ideal, but it worked out. The job captain was communicative, friendly and responsive to my QC requests, and the team was hard working. They neglected to use drop cloth during scraping, so I'm dealing with chips everywhere. However, so far, the paint job result is high quality and holding up. I'd recommend them, but make sure you're doing your part as the customer to oversee the work to get the best results. Overall, I'm getting great compliments and am happy with the outcome. Good value + a decent warranty.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. This office, paint crew, and whole experience was amazing. I had ONE DAY to start my job so I could move into my new home on schedule. The estimator (Eric) did the bid, the office person (Anne) scheduled right away, and the painter (Denis) came in and knocked out a perfect job. Communication was great and quality was the best. When it's time for my outside to be painted, I'll be back.

We had a great experience with Certa Pro in Auburn. Abraham and his crew were amazing! They worked so hard and were very communicative and respectful. Anne, the office manager, would send me emails to check in. We are very happy with our paint job! I love the detailed list of the process that came in a packet with other information.
