For the first time in my entire life the food was hot and fresh out off the grill and fryer. Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to because of that right there.
My last two curbside orders left much to be desired. After waiting over 30 mins both times, I had to call inside to check on the order. I could hear the teens squabbling about who messed up. First time the teen was rude and told me to be glad I got what I got. Today the guy was pleasant but no apology. Even when you go through the drive through especially in the evening the crew is rude. I worked at McDonald's in my teens and the service at this one leaves much to be desired.
We live walking distance from this location and often choose to drive further for better service. This location has terrible customer service, two lanes but they only take one order at a time, they're often out of common McDonald's items, and the teenagers at the window are unprofessional. They recently remodeled this location but the customer service hasn't gotten any better. This community deserves better!
Cars wrapped around building and got my order wrong after I told her twice. Pulled up to the window and still wrong. Please check your bag before pulling off.
CHECK YOUR McNUGGETS!! I ordered some nuggets and one had a bone or large piece of cartilage. Very hard and sharp. Check especially if ordering for children.
