So sad about my purchase. I get that times are different but there is absolutely no excuse for poor attitudes and bad service. The girl who welcomed me at the door was very nice but the girl behind the counter was so rude! Why? I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Disappointed.
Good over all experience. But not great. There were errors in our orders on 2 separate occasions that we patronized this store. Once I was double charged for an item and didn't realize it until I looked at the receipt and left the store. Ther other time the sandwich was not made very well or to spec's. But the service was polite enough.
They didn't have the pie that I reserved online. I was just told that if you didn't pay for it online then there's nothing they can do. I was never asked by the associate on the phone to pay for my order. This was my very first time ordering a holiday dinner. I thought the customer service could have been better and the phone associative informed when something is out of stock.nnThe reason why my husband wanted me to place the order with honey bake ham was for the southern pie, and that was the one thing that was out of stock.nnThe cashier was not very helpful at all.
As usual the service was great and the order was done perfectly I'm not even a regular there but the young lady still remember my order awesome job
Very satisfied ud83dude0c if anyone plans on picking up their meals at Honey Bake go early. Although the line did move fast. Very clean store
