Checked in 45 mins before appt, I was consigned door at once. Break seal while workforce personnel observes. No more than one hour later, trailer was mt with signed invoice. Forklift operators very attentive, pleasant and courteous. Fascinating work from whole crew. Warning: Any shift/altered product inside trailer, driver is held accountable to reassemble.
Arrived a little late for delivery appointment but immediately given a door. Very nice staff... Really can't complain. Place is kind of small looks like it can be busy at times
Arrived here for my 0900am appointment and was told I had over 30+ in line waiting to deliver ahead of me, they took my phone number and called me 4 hours later to tell me they still have now 25 more trucks ahead of me. Might be 6:00pm before they unloaded me (3:30am finally in a door to be unloaded, now 4:30am still haven’t touched my trailer!) This place just waisted my whole clock and it’s 18 miles to the closest truck stop. If you see trucks on the street park out there and walk in for checking in and then go find a place to park and wait for them to call you!!nnIf you park on the street and get tickets it’s a $300 fine... (some of the drivers said the police were giving tickets)
Tight parking lot. Been here almost 4 hrs and still not done
Unprofessional, rude and people at receiving act like they own the place. Please be humble and respectful, drivers are humans too. Please open your receiving office before the early morning appointments. Don’t make drivers to wait for one hour in front of your door to open in cold and rain.
