Second worst bk. Literally sat in the drive through for 11 minutes because the car behind me refused to move and they would not take the order do the guy in front. Finally he just pulled forward and they still had not given the car i saw 11 minutes before order their food. There isn’t an excuse for this when it’s fast food.
Ellyn got very rude when I added to my order at the pickup window. She scoffed and slammed her hand on the register as if it were a huge inconvenience. The whoppers were good.
Customer service at the drive through last night was poor. The young man spoke rudely while taking my order and then when I pulled up to the window, seemed like he wanted make me mad because he rushed me to receive my order.
Literally pulled up no lights were on like they didn't want anyone showing up because the entire crew had attitude included the manager himself very unprofessional they literally just through our food in the bag and when asked for extra sauce they said they couldn't do it and finally worst but not least when I ask for a reciept they said it was in the bag when I said it was not they literally with oh no it's in there harder I will never go there again
Every single time I’ve come here an hour or less before their POSTED closing hours, this location is never open as advertised. I just paid for an online order and was toldnPick up before 11pm. Left work early for this and they are not even open in drive thru at 10:30 on a Saturday night. This is sadly not the first time. And these are not Covid hours.
