Ambiance is festive, the food is good tasting, however, if you have read my previous posts about Mexican restaurants and their rice I would rate the rice with 2 stars. This of course brings down the overall rating, even so I do recommend this restaurant. Their prices are competitive for the amount of food you get, which beats hands down the value of the Mexican restaurant on the East-West Connector in Cobb county.
Had a very bad experience here more than once. Got nachos once(just beef) and fajitas the next visit and both times ended up with food poisoning afterwards. Restaurant was beautiful and staff was super friendly so not sure what happened with the food.
The service was good, but the food was only average. I have been to their other location and had better food. The steak was not seasoned and the vegetables in the chimichanga were barely cooked. The cheese dip and chips were good.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband and I decided to give this restaurant a try. Little did we know the horrible experience we were going to encounter. As we walked in we noticed the hostess was not wearing a mask. Ok no biggie then as we were seated we noticed a few more employees not wearing their mask correctly. But We decided to dine in either way. As we were waiting for our server A few employees passed our table but nobody seemed to be our server. We waited for about 10 mins and nobody came to our table. Not even the person that takes the chips to the table. We were pretty disappointed at this point. After a while of waiting, another table got sat right next to us. That table was greeted shortly after being seated. That’s when we decided to get up and leave. As we were leaving, the manager had the audacity to tell us “thank you, have a good night”. My husband then proceeded to tell him about our experience and instead of apologizing, what would of been the correct thing to do, the manager walked away. He basically showed he didn’t care and for that we will not be returning. I do not recommend this restaurant.
Worse place to go eat. I don't know what's worse the service or the food. Or not sure who is worse the servers or the cooks.nnOrdered food took several times to repeat before the sever understood what we wanted to order. And when we got our food it was all completely wrong. Avoid if you can unless you like being treated like that.
