My friend is allergic to iodine found in Salt, also sea salt. When she realized that she forgot to tell the clerk. She asked to be sure what kind of salt & that she was starting an allergic reaction. She took her medication ud83dudc8a. The manager & cook brought her fresh UNSALTED FRIES ud83cudf5f (2) by both of them.they truly went above & beyond to make a good impression on her. This was her first time eating @ Cheese Burger Bobby's. They live close to the one 41. They said that they would be back often.nnGood Friend

I made a mistake I forgot to ask if they use iodized salt or sea salt both of which I'm allergic to because I'm highly allergic to shellfish it was my fault however they treated this reaction rather well I wasn't expecting him to do anything where it was my fault this time but they ingested things and helped me out really well I couldn't recommend them more highly for anyone because of what they did they went over above and beyond anything they should have done they made sure more than once that I was all right I do keep things with me make sure the reactions like this stay small and I don't end up having to go into the urgent care or the hospital or use my EpiPen I really appreciated how much they were able to take care of me despite the fact that this was technically my fault I forgot to ask I would definitely recommend this to anybody else no matter what your preference is to eat they look to have a little bit of everything on the menu and it's also nice to know that they're willing to adjust for allergies I have indoor and outdoor seating so don't cater to just about everybody and it's definitely not too loud which helps for those were sensitive with noise I recommend this to anyone and everyone they have wonderful customer service as well as a delicious menu

I came here to get a vegan meal. I ordered the black bean burger. And it was great. They were a little bit backed up but we're super nice and friendly which made the wait pleasant. My food came out nice and fresh and I was on my way.

My wife and I were very happy with this location. This was our first time eating at a Cheeseburger Bobby's and it was a good experience. The restaurant was clean and the decor was pleasing; kind of reminiscent of a bar that serves craft beer; lots of wood and steel.nnThe burger was solid and has good flavor and juiciness. The bun didn't overwhelm the burger but was substantial enough to hang on to everything without falling apart. I love the toppings bar with plenty of fresh options and the sauce bar. The Bobby's Sauce was pretty good. The fries were perfect. Crispy and seasoned without being over-seasoned.nnThe manager was serving people and greeted each person and made sure we were satisfied. Overall, very impressed and this place just edged out 5 Guy's a my go-to burger joint.
