Not freaky fast for me, and that seemed to be because I was a walk up. I was having my car worked on down the street, and walked over to get a bite. Due to Covid, I couldn't go in, but I could call for a pickup order. I let them know I was right outside, and was told they would bring it out to me. I paid over the phone. This was at 11:05, so right after they opened, no backup, occasional car in drive-thru. 25+ minutes later I had to call again to ask the status of my order. They brought it out immediately, but I got the feeling that I would have had it much MUCH sooner had I been in a car. Food was fine when I finally had it. But way to drop the ball, Jimmy John's, and to forget that walk ups pay just as much as drive ups.
Been going here for years. ALWAYS on time and Always have delicious meals.
Friendly and quick service. Nice looking store.
Drive thru order. Sandwich was made to customization. Drink was served with soda dripping down sides. Why would you do that? Just because I got food to go doesn't mean I want remnants of it left in my vehicle.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at jimmy johns. Called to get it delivered and the girl over the phone was very rude, I then received my sandwich with barely any meat inside and it looked like it was very carelessly thrown together with no napkins inside the bag either. Do not go to this jimmy johns they don’t deserve anyone’s business.
