The WORST experience ever! The app said the driver was near my place at 9:25, after heading down and waiting 5 minutes (I live less than 6 minutes away) I called the dominoes to which their response was “the app can be off he’s most likely still on his way”. So I then proceeded to wait another 30 min, within that 30 min I was calling the store and my call was either never answered or sent to voicemail. After finally calling and getting an answer I had to explain the situation MULTIPLE times to MULTIPLE workers. Just to end up waiting another 2 hours.... I never got my food. Waited 3 hours in total and never. got. my. food. I was refunded but this will be the first and last time I order here. They need help.

Marcus was absolutely amazing!nnNot only was the pizza perfect, hot, and delivered fast, the customer service was incredible! Marcus was so friendly, kind, and made sure we got our pizza! He was so unbelievably sweet, and Domino’s is lucky to have him as an employee!!! As a restaurant worker, I know how hard it is to keep a smile on your face sometimes (especially when the person you’re delivering to is still on the way home!), and he was bright, energetic, and kept a smile on his face the entire time! Domino’s, give this man a raise!!! He is FANTASTIC!

Usually have no issues with ordering and picking up; however, a week ago I placed an order as usual and went to publix while they were supposed to process my order. I sensed an issue when one of their new employees made no effort to take my order, spoke in a low tone on purpose so I had to lean over into to hear him then didn't bother to take my name as required to track the order. Arrived 30 minutes later and as suspected the order had not been processed. No apology, no sense of urgency to rerectify my issue. Git my money back and went to their competition.

My go to fast, quick, simple and good. Order was accurate and ahead of time. Thanks for your hard work! Never had to many problems from domino's at any location and if there was they are quick to fix. Remember to tip the drivers as their driving their own car to bring your food

Let's see where to start....Cold pizza, didn't get extra cheese, wings were absolutely disgusting and soggy with drizzled sauce on them. Dominoes has definitely fallen to the bottom of the pizza list.
