The pulled pork, ribs, and chicken are consistently great at this Dickey’s location. The team is fast and friendly, and the flavorful meats are smoked with care. I prefer the BBQ sauce warm, but it pairs nicely with the various meats.
White meat was dry but I'd go back for something else pulled pork is good kids loved the ice cream too
Horrible experience . Food was served cold except the bbq beans. The woman called the owner on the phone who only offered to refund my money instead of giving me hot food. He Yelled at me over the phone and tried to tell me the food was served hot ! I will never visit this place again
The order was incorrect. They could not deliver a simple brisket sandwich. The okra, waffle fries, and onion tanglers were soggy and wet. My 86 year old Mother did not get her sandwich as it wasn't in the order. The manager was obnoxious to my sister and accused her of lying about what she ordered. No refund so far!
I'm not sure who owns/manages this location but I will NEVER frequent this place again, and we've been going for YEARS! I have never had a manager yell aggressively at me for trying to order a pickup order. The entire experience was ridiculous. I now tell any and everybody not to go here, and to go Big Shanty Smokehouse, The Nest, Smitty's Lockdown or Dreamland if they don't mind going to Roswell. The manager I was dealing with is clearly deranged and needs medication. There were also several people that walked in off the street and behind the counter (someone's family/friends). These were people he clearly called in because I was livid and going off. I don't know what in the gangland was going on in there but I have never, and I never will again.
