Sam came to our estate sale. He saw we had a gun safe handle that wasn’t working. He had his tools and fixed it then and there. We had called a different locksmith who never called back. We taped ESI business cards to the safes being sold. Everyone needs a locksmith they can rely on.nToday I brought in a box requiring a long lost skeleton key. They are working with it now. We’re all curious to see what’s inside.

Always professional. Great to work with.
Can't attest to the quality of work, as I wasn't able to even have a key made. After calling, I was told by a female employee that I could come have a key made, so I said that I would be there shortly. 5 minutes later I arrive and cannot gain entry to their door, so I called and got no answer. After 5 minutes of waiting, I called again and spoke with a male employee who told me that due to their key machine catching on fire, they aren't allowing anyone through the front door as they cannot make keys currently. Well... That would've been nice to know when I called the first time, BEFORE I wasted a trip here.nnCan't rate 1 star, because maybe they really ARE great... I'll never know though.
