I didn't know you carried car batteries. Ordered for pick up. Excellent Sales person, took my old battery out and replaced with new on. IN THE RAIN. I'm extremely pleased because I'm a 68 senior lady, and I didn't have to call anyone for help. Happy happy. After going on line, I was also surprised all the items they sale. They have a new customer.

Incredibly awful customer service! First time in the store and won't be returning based on the experience today. Between overhearing a transaction between an elderly woman and an associate (tall guy with dark medium beard) and then the interaction we had directly with the other clerk (younger guy, from out of state), it was bad.nnAs someone who has worked customer service for years, it was painful to listen to the way the associate was talking to the elderly woman who had come in with questions. This was the guy with the beard. He was remarkably rude. His tone when talking to her was annoyed, almost condescending and seemed like she was bothering him by asking questions trying to fid what she needed. It was disrespectful. She eventually left without making a purchase.nnWhen it came to our interaction with the other associate, we had asked some questions, one where we were trying to find a bulb with a higher wattage in the style of bulb we had brought up to the counter, he just pointed to the box and said, 'it says 13 watts.' After clarifying our question, so we could get an actual answer, he pointed to a corner of the store and said, 'it's over there.' We kind of just stood there a minute until he finally came out from behind the counter to show us where 'over there' was.nnIn the end, we didn't find what we needed in stock. We did grab a few other items but didn't leave on a good note. We got the vibe asking questions was really bothersome and the associates were put off to answer us. It was unwelcoming.

Very enjoyable! Good prices and they have every type of batteries you would ever need, if not, they can order them. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I went in to see if they would repair the charge port on my phone. They said no its to old to warranty. They recommended gadget genie. Great so far besides the condescending attitude and the feeling of a customer is not welcome. I knew I needed a battery anyway because the current one in the phone was puffy and felt like it was going to explode. So I turned that one over and purchased a new one. Off I go to gadget genie. They put a new charge port in no problem. (Go there for phone repairs) now the biggest reason for a 1 star is when I plugged in the phone it took 3hrs to get 15% power. I take it back to gadget genie and they tested the port and said I have a bad battery. I try taking it back to Batteries Plus and they won't replace it without a receipt... not only that but I was treated like I was trying to scam them. Very bad customer service. Not sure what kind of busines these days can't use a transaction number or same debit card to refund the purchase but ya. Dont go here.

Sure, I ordered a screen replacement for my white iphone 8+. I came in, the staff took the phone and said it would take an hour or so. No prob, I will come back later, is that ok? Yes. I left, went on with my errands and never got a call, came back 4 hours later and they put a black screen on, because they did not have a white one. I asked why he did not call, and he said that I thought you would need it today (well that is an assumption). He thought I would pay for putting a different screen on the phone, I informed his that I ordered the white screen and needed that screen. He said that a new one would be in a day or two and he would check with his manager. I assumed that someone would call me about this open order, no one did. I called back 4 days later, and was informed my phone was ready. I asked what color screen was on it, it was black. I had to inform this staff member that I was waiting for a white screen, which he said I should talk to the manager. I called 3 days later, talked to someone and he informed me at that time that a white screen was in and oh we can get that done, should be done in an hour. The work was good, the internal communication sucked.
