Good styles
They have cute clothes. I wont deny that but their return policy sucks. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted an exchange. I bought a cardigan for $18 and wore it 2 times. When I put.it on the second time, I notice a hole in the sleeve. A small almost unnoticeable hole bu I spent $18 on it, so I wanted to exchange it for one without a hole. Nope. Said they can take damages items back but I'm pretty positive the hole was already there and I just didn't notice it before. Last time I'll be shopping there. If I cant even exchange an item for the exact same thing with no hole, I don't want to give them my money.
The staff was very friendly. Even when they had tasks to do they still took the time to ask if we needed help. The fitting room was large enough for a lot of people if it were to be busy but overall the place was clean and organized.
Good prices and good customer service.
Clothes run small and cheaply made. Customer service is horrible
