My daughter and I came in looking to buy some uggs! We stood at the tower right in front of 4 or 5 workers standing behind the counter for at least 5 minutes and nobody ever once approached us or asked if we needed help! Your loss Journeys!!

There's something about the set-up of this store and the merchandise that makes you feel rushed and agitated. The music was catchy 90's pop, which I liked a lot, but I didn't want to sit down and try on anything. It didn't seem worth bothering the sales clerk, who never greeted us, as far as I can remember. An ideal buying situation here would require a customer who has to be somewhere in 20 minutes and needs any pair of shoes in any style, and they don't need to wear the shoes more than once.
Most of the staff were too busy running their mouths and playing on their phones to do their jobs.
Selection was ok, but drastically overpriced. I purchased a pair of Men's Crevo Camden Boots. They were $109. I returned them the next day, because I found the exact same boots for $49.99 at Macy's. The markup is ridiculous! Not to mention, some of their employees need to remember they have a job when customers are in the store instead of reciting music lyrics.
