Leo (front desk/tech) was great. Kind, great personality ~ He was amazing. The doctor was fine. The problem was they overcharged me. I questioned why the amount was so high & they didn’t give an explanation. I paid & went out to my car & called my vision insurance company. The insurance person confirmed the overcharge & tried to call the office. She tried 3x & no answer. I went back into the office & was told they were looking at the overcharge. The apparent front desk manager was very condescending & rude when I asked for an explanation of why the lenses were $500. Apparently they only use the best material & assume that’s what the patients want without giving the patient the option of anything different ~ because of information overload. There was no apology of why they overcharged me ~ although that was credited back. The great experience I had in the beginning with Leo & the doctor was completely negated by how I was treated when I questioned the billing. If you choose to go here , make sure you know ahead of time exactly what your insurance covers. Ask to see the bill before they charge you.

All of the office staff and doctors are always very nice and patient. They have the best service and never let me leave without being fully satisfied with my glasses or contacts.Today I had a need for a rush set of contacts and Holly was so helpful and was able to find a trial pair for me. Thanks Holly!

As soon as I came through the door to the moment I left I was treated much more than just a customer., and I was welcomed by Leo and Tayzia. At Classic Vision Care it's not just about making a sale. They were extremely nice and very helpful through my whole eye exam and through the process of buying my new glasses. Dr. Swalla was welcoming and very helpful during my check up. She was explained everything, she created meaningful conversation, and she made sure I got exactly what I needed for my eyes. After the exam Lindsey was very helpful with finding me a pair of glasses that I love. Lindsey listened to what I wasn't looking for in glasses and gave me options in what I was searching for in a pair of glasses. She was so helpful and because of her I feel confident when I'm wearing my glasses. Trust me....Classic Vision Care will exceed your needs.

I’m amazed I got this request for feedback today because my appointment has been rescheduled twice for the same day / different times and then apparently given to someone else because I did not “confirm” even though there is no place for confirmation on the emails....and no text messages for confirmations.nnI called today to confirm my appointment again before I drove down and I’m glad I did because they apparently did not have me rescheduled even though I confirmed w the scheduling area last week. Now I get a text message this evening asking for feedback on an appointment that I guess I had but didn’t?nnI’ve been a patient for years and have no idea where the disconnect is because I’ve never had issues until the past two years.nnDefinitely asking for my records to transfer to another eye doctor....done!

1/23/21 @12pm visited Classic Vision Care. My annual exam was a success. I left my reading glasses frame to have progressive lens added within 14th days. Less than 24hrs emailed and called on 1/24/21 morning that I changed my mind and to cancel.nThe store was closed on Sunday. I paid for the progressive lens which was not made or started but 1/25/21 Classic Vision Care charged a 20% restocking fee for what? No service or merchandise was used or returned. Per the document signed in less than 24hrs. Afterwards, the same day I picked my reading glasses. I felt, I was charged because I changed my mind. This sort of service is unfair.nnOn 02/02/21 .. I am feeling Tropical with the overall refund resolution of my 20% restocking fee from Classic Vision Care. It demonstrates a profound Customer Service provide by Classic Vision Care. Well Appreciated! Cheers!
