I absolutely loved how easy it was to buy a car. I received the best customer service. My salesman, Charles, was a delight. He was very patient and helped me find the right car and the right financing that worked for me. There was never any pressure and I never felt uncomfortable. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I will only buy cars from CarMax from now on.
Great experience... went looking for a specific vehicle, which had already been sold, found 5 others we were interested. Sales associate worked hard to get us to see the one vehicle we really wanted, which was being held. Stayed in communication with us and closed the deal! No pressure, great customer service, wonderful trade-in value, and overall easy process! Couldn't be more pleased.
Came to sell my car. Already had offer in hand, had all payoff information and documents that they needed. Everyone is super nice but i have been sitting here for almost an hour and a half waiting on paperwork. They are busy, but still should not take this long.nnEDIT: I waited 2 hours before they told me i brought the incorrect paperwork even though they told me to bring exactly what i did when i called them prior. Changing from 3 stars to 1 star.
