We were traveling back from Florida and woke up in the morning at a local hotel to find the tire on our vehicle going flat. We stopped in at the dealership right at 8. They got us right in, found the nail and plugged the tire. It was a Ford (my mother-in-law's car, I am a GM guy), they also notified us of a recall on the vehicle. They did all this for no charge and in less than an hour. We had 10 more hours home, so you can obviously see how much we appreciated everything. You local folks are so lucky to have such a great dealer there! If I lived in the greater Atlanta area, that would be my place for my next purchase. Special thanks to Patrick at the service desk. Great person and great with customers. thanks again!!

In coming in yesterday, every single person that I came in contact with was so incredibly nice and helpful. They wanted to make sure that I was happy and comfortable. They answered all my questions. It has been a very emotional time and they were very understanding of that. I will be back to buy ALL of our future cars with Carl Black. I could go on and on about the customer service I received yesterday from everyone including Louis, Nick, Sapphire and Joe. Thank you all. You will never know how much it means!

Matt Gill and the tech that worked on my traverse kept me up to date the whole way through! I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I would highly recommend anyone to buy from this dealership. I will definitely be coming here again for service and our next vehicle.
