Deshawn made the process smooth and as stress-free as possible! He knew his stuff and he was honest and genuine—you don’t see that often enough at car dealerships. They had a great selection and their prices are fair. Thank you to the wonderful team here for taking care of me as I made my first vehicle purchase on my own. I’d recommend them to anyone!

This dealership does not value your business. After purchasing multiple vehicles over a 20 year period they still treat you like you should be honored they decided to take your money.nnThey have a habit of not performing the services they charge for, and/or damaging your vehicle in the process. My car has been knowingly damaged twice in the last year by their employees, and both times they said nothing in the hopes it would not get noticed. You pay for the big service package and half the time they can't be bothered to even check the air pressure in your tires, let alone rotate them. If they can't do something as easy as checking the air pressure I have a hard time believing they're doing anything but the oil change.nnEach time there is a problem they have their customer service person call for a follow up. This is a nice practice to follow but the messenger has such a bad attitude it does nothing but make the experience that much more unpleasant.nnIn a time when other industries are upping their service level and customer care, Tidwell is going the opposite direction. There are better places to purchase a vehicle than Tidwell - where the customer is always wrong.

The entire staff at Jim Tidwell Ford was friendly and helpful. Mike Lewis recently assisted me with my used car purchase. He worked attentively with my needs to make my buying experience a good one. Mike saw that the vehicle was inspected, detailed and fueled before I took possession. I left highly pleased.

My wife and I ufffcrecently bought a used but still fairly new ufffcufffcvehicle for our son to use with his work. ufffcIt ended up having some unforeseen mechanical trouble but was under warranty. Michael, the after-sales director, was especially helpful during the process of getting it fixed. We appreciate his kindness and graciousness, along with that of the team in the service department. I ended up working with Jeremy to also purchase a newer (but still used) vehicle for me. He knew I was looking for a fuel efficient car for work. One had just been traded in and he alerted me to it right away. I looked at it and it was perfect for me - a Toyota Hybrid. Great car! Thankful for all their help.

Made an appointment and that little girl helping me told me, after taking my car back, it would be 3 hours for my oil change. I’m pretty sure she was trying to bluff me to get me to leave and come back another day. I don’t appreciate it. I made an appointment like I was asked to do and I drove 40 miles Down there to get it done. That was after I had worked 8 hours in the heat. I told her I wasn’t going anywhere I would wait the 3 hours. My appointment was at 4. They had most of it finished at 4:45 and had my car pulled around at 5:25.
