Recently took my midnight blue- white racing stripe- Cooper S, in for a scheduled maintenance due. All the guys at the service desk were friendly, courteous and upbeat. They exceeded my expectations by immediately providing me with a courtesy Cooper upon the discovery of a warranty part not being in stock. And for that alone, I adore the family at MOK m and will drive 1.5 hrs. to love on my automobile. And... of course, Elaine is always a ray of sunshine to see. Thank you to everyone!

I love MINI OF Kennesaw because I made my purchase online and by phone. Even though I didn't go to the dealership in person, everyone I talked to or communicated with was nothing but professional. The car I purchased is everything I thought it would be.After I told them what car I wanted they worked very quickly to get the job done, but also insured that I got the best rates. They answered every question I had and made purchasing my wife's car super easy and hassle free. I live out of state and they delivered my car at no cost and as scheduled and that was a tremendous help to me .I salute MINI of Kennesaw for be a dealership that you can trust.

The entire car buying process makes me uncomfortable and on edge. Something about it makes me freak out. Everyone here made me comfortable during every step of this process. They could obviously tell I was freaking out. I’ve never had the whole process go as smooth as it did at Mini. Every single person I came in contact with showed excellent customer service. From the receptionist right when you walk into the door, to the amazing and friendly salesman who made me comfortable, to the sales manager all the way to the finance manager. Top of the line experience. Have defiantly been telling my friends and family about the experience.

The staff at Mini of Kennesaw are exceptional. I had a wonderful buying experience 6 years ago and I continue to take my car there for service. James and everyone else in the service department are always very helpful and accommodating. They’ve never tried to sell me anything my car didn’t actually need. Loaner cars are sometimes available when your car needs repair work that takes more than a day to complete and I really appreciate this service since I have no other way to commute to work. They’re always friendly and efficient and I can trust that genuine parts are being used and quality work is being done. I’ve never had a single negative experience with this dealership.

Mark was our seller and he was amazing from the start. We’re very picky and he realized that right away, made sure to be candid with us, understood what we needed and helped us with our son’s Mini. He even let us take it to our son’s work on the test drive. Then he let us bring our son back two weeks later for a detail and a demo.nnThanks Mini of Kennesaw for being awesome!!!
