I don't live around this area anymore, but I was in the area and looked up bubble tea places and this one came up. Words cannot express how impressed I am! I think I'll have to make a special trip here once a week! The associates were all so helpful (despite being super busy which is a sign they are great!) they were also quite patient (I take some time to look over the entire menu) and answered all of my questions. My drink was perfect and I love the fact that they serve shrimp dumplings! I ordered them and they were definitely fresh and well made too! I will be back! Love you Queen Tea!

Love the atmosphere in the shop! You can drink inside and there is a little board game corner. They close really late so that's perfect for night owls for me!nThe taste of the drink is fine, not the best but better than a lot of other milk tea places. My Jasmine Rose Green Tea is very nice. The right amount of sweet and lightness, fresh.nThe price is average but the size is smaller than I thought. But the place made up for it!nWould come again!

I really enjoyed Queen Tea the first time I went and a few times after. However it has slowly become more and more disappointing. The last 3 times I went with another person and at least one or both of our orders have been incorrect. I figured it was just a mistake and was okay the first time and the second time but this is the third consecutive time so I’m seeing a trend here. Drinks have also been very watered down the last few times and not tasting so great. (I have ordered the same level of sweetness every time since the beginning so it should taste about the same each time.) Will not be returning anymore.

I came here a few times, and it was good. But this time, I came and order drinks; it took almost 35 minutes to get my drinks. People that came after I did got their drinks first while I was still waiting. Not once did any of the workers apologize for the wait and hold up for taking so long for my drinks. When my drinks were finally done, they forgot one, and I had to wait for another five minutes. Even at that time, she did not apologize or even say a word. If anything, she had an attitude about it. She was making it seem that I was an inconvinced to her and not the another way around.

My favorite bubble tea place. They're always busy but I guess that's normal for a popular place! Prices aren't bad, service is always good, and the drinks are consistent. I love the mango green tea and the brown sugar milk tea.
