I don't know any of the employees names but all of them are always super nice to me. I've never had a bad experience no matter who was working. The other day one girl corrected my iced drink to a hot drink without me even saying it was supposed to be hot. I go to the mall a lot to combat boredom, and get some walking in when it's too wet or cold out to go to the park. So having a good place to get coffee is quite nice.

First of all and most important. I can’t emphasize how bad and how rude Madez was today. My cousin ordered a medium cup by mistake. He apologized and said he’s sorry like any other customer and asked fir a large and he will pay difference. HOWEVER!! Madez grabbed the cup and throw it in trash so rude and so aggressive as if she saying get the hell out of store we don’t want to serve you. Im a big Starbucks fan like seriously. I always buy from you but this is the first time i ever experience this! Sooo disappointed and dissatisfied.

Very hateful employees. Apparently they are in the business of mask shaming disabled veterans with severe health conditions. An African America male yelled at me and embarrassed me for not wearing a mask due to my health conditions. He yelled at me to leave and didn’t even give me the chance to explain. He said someone would come out and help me, but no one ever did.

Starbucks coffee and other drinks are a huge hit with my grandchildren and I. The drinks are tasty but very pricey. Always receive great customer service.

If there was no stars i would give 0 starts. I ordered the medium size through the app by mistake when i got there it was the medium size. I asked Madz, if i can pay the difference and make it a large. She got mad and shoved the cup in trash violently and rude infront of us. Then went over to the register and charged me 53 cents. And made it.
