Sent back some items I didn’t want. Called the customer service number they told me it would be a delay in receiving returns. Asked if they had a eta on the stores opening stated they didn’t know.... sent the return on May 25 they received it the second week of June. Today July 6 was old the items were still at the warehouse and it will take another 14 days to process the return... told me if I don’t receive the refund I should call back on the 29th of July... ridiculous that it takes 90 days to process a return. Think I’m pretty done with H&M until they reopen! Didn’t receive the refund till the first week of August

Visited the store and found a black casual front zip jacket that I've been looking for. I got to the counter and the Store Associate 64048, Till 1, Time 17:12, Jan 25 2020 was PHENOMENAL! Not because he offered to help get me signed up to become a member and I immediately saved 10%, but because his customer service was AWESOME!!! Makes me want to return. Thanks!!

Got to the mall at 11am to return some jeans. Hours posted on the glass says opened from 11am to 7pm. At 12:15pm I left the mall because the store still wasn’t open, and that was the only reason I came to the mall. Called customer service and spoke to Simon and he said, “I’ll email someone for you. Anything else?” Sounds like BS to me, but whatever.

Excellent store, excellent merchandise, excellent sales person. My son brought me here... I couldn't afford this on my own, the quality is superb. Want to get that AWESOME cologne.
