I love this place it has things and clothes that fit tight and right for your size and people are very kind and will give you discounts off anything you have bought

I'm not the type to leave bad reviews, but I had such a terrible experience here today, I had to say something. I purchased two pairs of bamboo style earrings here less than a week ago. The posts (on one earring each) on BOTH pairs broke as I was trying to put them on. I was disappointed, but I figured I'd just go exchange them. No big deal.nnI took them back today (within the 14 day window, with a receipt) to swap them out. Everything was fine until I explained to the lady what happened ... she accused me of lying about how the earrings broke! I assured her my account was factual, but she insisted that things didn't happen that way, told me I need to be more careful, AND insisted that she would not exchange the earrings again.nnI assured her that I would NEVER set foot in the store again, so she surely wouldn't have to worry about seeing me. I got my new pairs and left. I'm upset because I have no need to scam anyone over $3 earrings ... I know they're cheap, but I would at least like to wear the earrings ONCE before they break. Also, this incident took place in front of my daughter. She was visibly upset that the owner was being so hostile towards me. This is not something a kid needs to witness.nnIn light of the fact of recent incidents where Asian store owners have assaulted Black patrons when they have dared to complain, I would hope that this establishment would be more culturally sensitive to their predominantly African American clientele. Sadly, this isn't the case. I don't care if they ever get their act together - I won't be back.

The lady follows you around and keep an eye on you because it is a big store. And the most I have ever seen is 2 workers at 1 time so there isn’t a lot of help to go around and make sure no one is stealing. When I am there the lady talks to me. She lets me go to the fitting room and she asks me what size I wear and tells me if I should go up or down a size. The lady isn’t stalking in any way she actually conversares with you and gives you accessories that go along with your outfits!

Cassidy was great! She helped me figure out what size i wear in jeans. I havent worn jeans in years but they have great stretchy material jeans here so it helps those who are a little more hippy than others. Thank you so much Cassidy your customer service was excellent which is so rare these days. I gave 5 stars because of her. She made my shopping experience great and i normally hate shopping. Lol

They are friendly, Helpful and sweet. BUT they do watch your every step. Be over you when you’re looking at clothes. Do a lot. It makes you very uncomfortable.
