This is honestly my favorite Burlington. I normally go early to bypass the long line but the selection is pretty good and I always leave out with more then I came for. I don’t expect the store to be extra clean or organized but they do have a great selection.

I went to the store to purchase a crib. I'm 8.5 months pregnant and they have a really good selection. The line is usually long, however, cashiers work really hard and fast to move the line. The line moves at a good pace. Also, the cashiers are always nice despite the long lines and the impatient customers who for some reason are rude to them. The manager is always walking around and cleaning the cashiers area and asking if customers are okay or need anything. Today, she remembered my sister and I from a previous visit.nAlso, Will put my crib in my mini van. I couldn't figure out how to lay the seats flat and he handled it for me. Took some time, but he was patient and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him.nGreat customer service!

Came here for an interview a year ago and the manager kept putting me off, then when I came in for the actual interview, he wasn’t there. A regular employee had to interview me, and then they never contacted me again. Nothing, not even an email saying that I did not get the jobud83dudc4eud83cudffe.nnAlso they always have 2 or 3 cashiers working, even when the line is long. They need to do better.nnI may be biased.. but I am not a big fan of this location.

this store is a complete MESS. it was hard for me and many customers to even get through it. i asked one of the managers (i think his name was charlie or whatever) why it was like that and he was just on his phone and looked like he couldn’t be bothered with what was going on. what a horrible manager, couldn’t even help the poor cashiers (there were only like 2 of them) with the heaping lines of people
