It is a never ending battle to make a payment or get on the property to access storage unit because the key pad entry is always down. They seem like nice people who own/run it but they aren't available to even leave a message to address concerns. If another place was available to store my goods I would move my things straight away. (don't like to leave a negative review but it's been this way for the last year since I rented the locker.)

Awesome people here at All Store and Lock! Rented my tow dolly from them and had a great experience from check-out to check-in. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be back for any U-haul or Storage needs in the future!

With the old management, this was a very good place. The two young men who worked there before 2015 were very helpful and polite. With the new management, it is the worst. She doesn't seem to even know how to communicate with overseas customers via email to confirm the arrival of a parcel.
