I always get hot, fresh pizza and friendly service. Literally every time. This is my favorite Pizza Hut.
The young guy they have working behind the counter need to be trained correctly! He gives off a lazy vibe! The pizza was greasy as hell! Contactless carryout was requested, But not provided! Employees were inside playing around!
the guy behind the counter (9/9 @ 10:30am) was extremely slow and didn't seem to be very competent.ni just went in to order a pizza because i was already at the plaza and the hut wasn't opened to order online when i left.ni wanted a 3 topping special that was advertised on tv. the guy had to call manager over to help him find it on the computer. Then he wanted my name, address and ohone number. typing all this in took a lot of time. he then took my credit card (all that info is on it) and swiped it. it did,'t go thru. i told him to forget it and walked out. i just wanted a pizza to go, not an fbi investigation by a trainee. never again unless they get rid of that counter guy.
They must have a entire new staff that have been poorly trained. I've had a issue the last 3 times I've ordered. The order will show ready on the screen but they cant find it anywhere.
Robert very nice and other asst manager man very hard worker and he's the tall guy always helpful I ordered a least 3 to 4 a week
