Bass Boat House

After this experience we won’t be back. Last night our boat trailer got messed up coming out the lake, simple grind, weld and fixed situation to get it back home. Well the home there clearly started on the door so not knock, so we didn’t. But something that would of took no time at all turned into a full on cussing match. There was power at the restroom house, so we simply hooked to it just to get it done, wouldn’t of minded paying to use it at all. In the process of grinding what needed to be grinded, the gentleman who stays in the mobile home by the bath house walked on the porch and we politely walked over to explain what was going on. Well, while explaining he started getting very rude. We understand it was a little noisy, but we were done using the grinder and was fixing to weld it and be gone. We tried to be nice as we could but he kept on hollering and cussing at us simply because we were making noise on his only day off. Fact of the matter is our boat and trailer we’re stranded there over night, we live a hour and 20 mins away and had to fix it in order to move it. The gentleman was very rude and we wanted it to be seen that if you’re boat or trailer ever messes up there be aware, because he was very hateful. He threatened to use his tractor and push our boat and trailer into the water and was threatening to fight. We won’t be back anymore, we’ve been using this boat ramp for many many years and never again will we.

Good place to launch your boat. Clean bathroom near docks. Docks could use a few repairs, but nothing significant. Cost is $5 for parking/boat launching, the pay box is on the light pole near the dock.

While departing from the Boat House, we saw the owner saying rude remarks to what seemed to be his other customers. Greeting them by cursing at them and being very disrespectful. Will never return. You should not curse at other guests for any reason. What a rude business person. Will never be back!

Nice enough guys but selective on the type of boat and motor they are willing to work on. If you have a pull start outboard don’t even bother taking it to them. They won’t work on it. Very unhelpful when I came to them with questions concerning my motor. Won’t be coming back.
