Smoothies are great could use better customer service at register but the girl who made our Smoothies was great very nice young lady.
I went in about a week ago and had horrible service from this girl I think her name was Janet? She had a nasty attitude towards the employees and customers. Went in with a friend and both had horrible experiences.
Employees are always nice. My smoothies are always amazing. The online reward system is easy to follow and points add up quick.
I ask them if they would put on a mask to fix my smoothie, the guy looked around n said we don’t have any. I said oh ok.. then you stated we are not required- he is either our or not required. So just bad experience... lying doesn’t look good for your business...
