I am so disappointed. I love jimmy john the sandwiches are great and I always enjoy them. This time is very heartbreaking. I order a sandwich for lunch sat down to eat. When I open the wrapping there's Hair in it. I called to talk to the manager he asked if he could redo my order. I asked for a refund. Of course I don't want another sandwich. He was not apologetic and rudely hung up the phone in my ear. ☹ufe0f☹ufe0f
Drove 33 miles one way to get to the store. My daughter wanted Jimmy John's. Not a bad drive for middle Georgia. Staff was very friendly, sandwiches were made correctly and they gave me my military discount because they noticed my veteran's hat. Worth the drive. Excellent experience.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It took a bit of time to get our sandwiches though. The chips were better than I thought they would be. I had never had them before. I would definitely go back.
