I have been eating at this restaurant since it opened this is the best seafood / soulfood restaurant that I have ever eating at when they were open on the inside customer service was amazing and everytime I eat here the food is amazing and is always hot and fresh. Quality is time that's what you people have to realize !

I love to get Momma Shay's takeout meal especially the seafood boil. Along for the ride also is the hamburger steak and the rice and gravy with cabbage. It's all very good food.

I wish I could give 0 stars because the customer service is lousy. The employees are very rude and liars.nMy husband called in our order and he was told he could get 4 wings but got only 3. The wings were so small and the whole order looked like he ordered from the kids menu. My husband ordered 4 plates and paid about 40 bucks for kid sized meals.nTry to support my own people but this restaurant does not deserve my business. I will not be back.

Had a door dash order here and had to wait over an hour for the food. I couldn’t leave since I had already paid, so I had to sit in the parking lot. Was told it would take 30 minutes or less, so I called again after the 30 minutes passed. They said 5 more minutes, but it took 40 more minutes. Would not recommend ordering door dash from here.

My wife Pam and I went to Momma Shay’s Kitchen after seeing great photos of some of their special dishes.nMy wife order the shrimp boil. The shrimp where large and excellent. $16.00 very large portions that we could have shared. I order the fried shrimp , that was a generous portation of shrimp.nThey do a lot of take out. We'll try that next time.
