Rude employees. They don’t even follow their own return policies. I’d go barefoot before I shopped there again. I could handle the employees being rude to me but when they are rude to my mother-in-law, it makes me angry. Avoid this store at all costs. The woman working today had a chip on her shoulder. It made it appear that she is angry and ignorant. I suspect she was not raised properly. If she doesn’t change her attitude then I hope she loses her job.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I think they need to reevaluate the way they treat people. They were very disrespectful to my husband and his grandmother over a Christmas return. She seemed like she was trying to say she was better than them and was not following their own return policy. Hope this review can help the next person who thinks about going there because me and my family will not be going there anymore.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. Staff members and management were incredibly rude and disrespectful. My family and I will never be shopping here again.

The manager was very rude. She insisted shoes were worn when they weren't. She questioned us because of the date of purchase (3 weeks prior) when Hibbett's (supposedly) has a 60-day return policy. She asked why we waited so long to return the shoes. (They were a Christmas gift.) She finally said we could get store credit, but not a refund. We were okay with that, but Hibbett's policy is to allow for refunds with a receipt. The manager should know and follow the company's return policy. I will not return to this store, even if it means driving to another town.

Not a big variety. Not many sizes or brands of kleets available. Not a great return policy either.
