Worst customer service out of any brokerage I’ve ever used. If you message them for an issue, it’ll take a month before they even acknowledge the question & still don’t get an answer. They’re “deposit to your bank” option hasn’t worked in a year & you’re forced to wire transfer everything which costs $25 + $15 + your bank fees. Set up this way on purpose, I believe.nIn the process of switching brokerages again.
Terrible service, seemingly designed to keep me from withdrawing funds which belong to me until they can close my account and prevent me from ever accessing said funds. Constant string of changing verification requirements are a harassment designed to make customers give up on any money they have invested on ETrade. Avoid.
