Domino's Pizza

So two weeks ago I ordered pizzas and 5 marinara dips.The driver said the store should have called me to tell me they was out.I called the store the manager said the driver just forgot..so they gave me a $10 store credit. Tonight I placed the same order..again a no show with the marinara.I called again to be told it was not on the order..that was bs because I asked the young lady twice if the marinara was on the order she said yes.I told the manager this was a fn joke and wanted them to bring it. He said he wasn't sending a driver out just for that...but was going to give me another $10 credit..I told him to shove his credit..and screw his store..

We have a nice small town..this restaurant does not go with polk city standards.Aweful Customer service.My wife ordered a veggie pizza only to receive a pizza with meat on it ..shes on a vegetable diet her doctors orders no meat.the manager did not care and certainly did not offer to replace the pizza.instead he made my wife feel like she should in some way recheck to make sure she got what she ordered. Unbelievable..lost our business...we are polk city business ourselfs..we are a small town we take care of eachother and our customers are always right andwe make sure they are satisfied..

The pizza was made wrong I order italian sausage, salami in the whole pizza not half-and-half like I was made also in the special instructions i ask not to use garlic and that was not follow

I normally come here a couple times a month but today was the first time I received a pizza that looked as if it had been thrown around the car first. Pieces on top, it just looked like a mess. Now I'll be back because it's still good and convenience but really don't like seeing this.

Ordered 4 large pizza 2 were not done and still white, called to get it fixed. Manager tried first giving me a credit for my next visit, when I protested he made me bring the pizza before he would remake and only remade the one he thought wasn't done. I've never had an issue with them until now and Will never order from them again.... manager goes by the name JoJo
