I am by no means an expert martial artist, however I have trained in several styles over the years and I can honestly say that the classes here are the most physically challenging and fun that I have ever experienced. There are 3 main instructors, each with a unique teaching style but all very effective. My 16yo son also trains here and it has had a profound impact on his life. Classes are fun and challenging. They can accommodate all levels of fitness. It will soon become your second family. The gym is located in the up and coming down town New Port Richey and has plenty of parking. I can not recommend this gym enough!!!!!
