The vibe is very calming, but intense when needed. The instructor Victoria is absolutely lovely and the members are super nice.

This yoga studio is amazing. Their online teaching has brought me to a new level in my practice because they are so educated on how to explain movement of the human body. Every teacher that works here is so gifted and also teaches in a unique and different way. I love each and every class I take here. I thank all of them for their dedication to yoga and helping me change my life.

After trying out a few local yoga studios I decided to try out Thrive. I'm so glad I did. Thrive is an amazing studio! The instructors are all unique and awesome! I look forward to every class here! Thrive also offers later evening classes which I appreciate :)

I absolutely love Thrive. The studio is beautiful, exceptionally clean and well maintained, and all the teachers I’ve taken class with are so amazing. Vinyasa practice challenges coordination of breath, mental focus, balance, strength and flexibility. The instructor's cues are clear with concentration on correct traditional Hatha yoga alignment. Thrive is a community, a family of yogis from all walks of life. There are helpful workshops for concentration on particular areas of practice. There is joy and commitment here.
