NYPD II Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant

I haven’t been here in about a year. Usually the food is great, this time the food was bad. Pizza and meatballs way over cooked. Presentation was also bad. Salad was good. I won’t give up and will give them another shot.

This place is the best place to get pizza, I love it so much but lately I have noticed that their pizza had a weird taste. I just ordered pizza and it had the same taste last week the tears is hard to describe

the place looked perfect, tv was on while music was playing in the background, no dirt on tables or the floors but it seems that when I ordered the grilled chicken subs which was 4 of them for my family, they put vegetable oil on the chickens. some people in my family cannot eat chicken with vegetable oil on it. 2 stars.

I ordered delivery tonight,however I was called and told my previous delivery was a mistake we are out of the delivery area. Basically I can cancel or pickup. We decided to pickup and by the time the pizza got back to our house it was cold and not fresh.I really enjoy your pizza, but spending $35 on 2 small/med pizzas and some garlic knots I really anticipated a better quality.I certainly understand the delivery mistake, but could this not have been delivered as a courtesy or in the very least a discount offered for the cold pizza? I'm disappointed in the way this was handled.

Great pizza,even better subs. I swing by whenever im in west palm beach. Sausage and peppers sub is ridiculously good.great service.
