Very fast and compassionate service. We had been waiting for Pop A Lock for 2.5 hours, and Speed locksmith & Security had Eli out there within 30 minutes. He worked hard to make sure we were back in our vehicle within a reasonable amount of time, and the level of professionalism was unmatched. If you're ever locked out of your vehicle, call this company first. They're worth every penny.
Great customer service. The job gets done quickly and efficiently. There is no hassle involved. In the automotive industry, sometimes there are things on vehicles small shops need to have programmed that usually only large dealerships have the capability of doing. HOWEVER, Speed Locksmith & Security can do it! And they're mobile!! They have helped us multiple times for a great price. They're the ones for the job. Put them on the speed dial. Give them a call next time you need your keys or computer reprogrammed. They're the best! You will not be disappointed.
Had an absolutely great experience with Eli, He showed up right away and got me on the road quickly. He explained everything well and got right to work. Price was fantastic - too low really for everything he did. He even followed me to my job so he could program the keys there so I could get there asap. Would highly recommend
Lost the only fob for our vehicle. Was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. The tech called ahead of the appointment. He let me know his name, the vehicle he was driving, and what he was wearing. I appreciated that information for my safety. He was very friendly and helpful. Replacement took about 20 minutes and the fee schedule was exactly as stated on the phone.
