So i was there and the machine cuts on declining my card. Must have been doing something wrong because it said my card was refused. Had nothing to do with my bank and then when i went to get them cash he told me to get back in line when there is eight people in line by the time i got my bag the ice cream that i was buying was already melted. He is very rude he has curly hairnnWe have went there to pump the gas and the chick russian chick decides to refused our card because she did not want to services usj ust because she has an attitude.

Worst experience I’ve had at a gas station. Went into the store to PRE pay for 20 bucks of gas. Cashier asked me what number of pump I was at told her I was the truck on other side of #3, she mumbled something in Asian and gave me my receipt. I went out to pump my gas but pump would not work so I went back in and told clerk but was accused of cheating-and a thief very loudly and with lots of crazy Asian words. Very embarrassing as store full of customers. I told this witch to check but she refused. Manager checked and said I had given her wrong pump number and someone else had pumped the gas and left and refused to refund my money. Both clerk and manager spoke very little English. I asked for they names and the owners phone number but they refused. After big yelling match the clerk got the owner on the phone who said to meet him at the store at 10am next day. I explained I would be at work and after a lot of double talk he agreed to refund my money. He asked me to had the phone back to the manager and I followed the manager to the cashier but was then told to leave and was even threatened with a bat. No refund. I called Federal Way PD and filed complaint, was told by officer that this is a common problem at this gas station. This company is running a scam.

If I could make this a negative star review I would. What type of convenience store doesn't have a public restroom? The answer; This dump! A black eye on the entire AMPM brand name. Not a nickel from us, ever again.
