This place really could use some work.. some care from the management.. Clean and dry towels maybe? Courteous stuff? You know, basic things ..
Definitely going to this place a lot more, great employees and there not scared to get down and knuckle up much respect to the store employees
I used to stop at ernies every day. Monday or Tuesday was my last day. Things have seemed to go downhill with last mgmt change. I enter the store only to have some redhead lady screaming she will call anyone she wants sweetheart or sunshine and f that mgr this that and the other wa . The deli condiments are almost always empty now and lacking even basic hot sauce for the chicken strip . With customer service like that that I'll go elsewhere.
DON'T BOTHER COMING HERE, UNLESS YOUR A VERY DESPERATE TRUCK DRIVER TRYING TO GET OFF THE FREEWAY TO THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!nUNLIKE LOVE'S TRAVEL STOP ERNIE'S ONLY ALLOW SHOWERS TO TRUCK DRIVER'S!nREGULAR PEOPLE TRAVEL ALSO!nYOUR BUSINESS WILL FAIL FOR YOUR IGNORANCE!!
Currently 245am .....unloading at a local business and was looking for a place to park when I leave. After reading the reviews, I wont go to this business at all. I refuse to pay $25 for parking. I'll go find a ramp somewhere. Press like if informative.
