This is a wonderful Rite Aid pharmacy, and a special thanks to Evan, pharmacy technician, who helped me deal with a late prescription refill. My first visit here was resolved quickly and professionally by the head pharmacist a couple of months ago when I moved to Washington from California. I had nothing but problems with the RITEAID in California, even thought of leaving them, but this RITEAID has convinced me to stick with this business. Thank you for your fantastic customer service!

Worst pharmacy in the area! You could call in a script and let give them a week and it still wouldn’t be filled when you came to pick it up.

After calling the pharmacy/store for the last two hours in order to make sure my medication is finally ready, upon calling the Milton, WA location the line has been off the hook with a busy signal. So I call a location that’s closest to Milton and they don’t have any of my medication available even though I have gotten several texts reminding me to pick it up, but my out of state insurance has made me miss about a weeks dose. I’m starting really feel the negative effects from not having my medication. I even called the customer care line and there is absolutely nothing they can do. I’m sorry, but wasting my gas to go in there to make sure my meds are ready when I know it’ll be a minimum of 30-45 that ya if they have even started filling the script. Hoping someone from the store sees this email and figures out what’s up with the phone

Last night was my first trip to this Rite Aid. I visited this location because I had an Amazon package delivered to their location for pickup. Walking around the store looking for the pickup location (which ended up being at the front registers), I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization. However, the visit ended up being a negative experience. The package had been delivered the day before and the person behind the register asked me multiple times what name it would be under and was obviously struggling to find my package. This went on for about 10 minutes or so with my package nowhere to be found. My only option was to leave (I'll admit not happily) and go through Amazon to have this situation rectified and the package reshipped. This time, to a different pickup location. I now have to wait another 1-2 weeks for delivery. One of the worst parts of this is that there was no point where either of the 2 members of the management team behind the registers offered any type of apology, and all that was really said about it was that this has never happened before. The staff we interacted with were nice but had no idea what to do in this situation and an apology, at the very least, would have been appreciated.

Every pharmacy visit is at least 20 minutes, regardless of if they call/text you that your medication is ready. I've been going here for 3 years and I'm not sure why I haven't switched yet, but my 45 minute wait yesterday finally broke me.nnThe staff is always nice, but you need to majorly plan around using the pharmacy.
