Tried to overcharge me for the cooked chicken in the case. Unfortunately they're not the only 7-11 that tries to pull this. I walked out.

They are honest and honorable. I lost my debit card and 2 days later when I realized it was gone, I went there (the last place I used it) and they had saved it. They checked my ID to make sure the names lined up even. I am so grateful. It takes honesty to save a lost debit card. Thanks so much.

I moved nearby four days ago. I've been in to this store three times. I thought maybe the first woman was grumpy. Then the next time I stopped in, the woman working was perhaps poorly trained, frustrated and rude. Then tonight I had to shout out for assistance in an empty store.nWhen the young man finally came out he was extremely rude, apparently insensed that I had interupted the text message he was still typing, and he continued texting as I was waiting. He was snotty and obnoxious and obviously did not want to be bothered by a customer. I realize there is a labor shortage, but really?? Do you not care about your reputation?nWHERE ARE THE OWNERS?? There are several reports here that are similar to mine - why are you allowing this to go on? Where is your pride?nnI'm going to report this to the Better Business Bureau, Health Dept. (for other reasons) and to the owners. This is ridiculous. Thank you others for stepping up. This is OUR community, and the people mentioned who work there should not be working with the public. Grow up!nOWNERS: Please screen your employees. Monitor them. This is absolutely unacceptable. The next review I give may also have a video attached to ensure that my complaint is not disregarded as the others have been.
