Poor attention for costumers

A quick stop to check for hats. If your a hat person you know what I'm talking about. These are always a must stop especially when my brother is with me.

They require a receipt to do even a simple exchange of a hat that was just purchased. Well that’s if they give u you one.... You can exchange a peace of wood at Home Depot with just having the same card as purchased. Strange that a retailer this old wouldn’t have that technology.
